Privacy Policy for PolyRush: Arcade Racing

PolyRush: Arcade Racing (the "App") is a racing game published by MiTu Ultra ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App and the third-party services inside it collect, why, and the choices you have. The App has no user accounts: we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location.

1. Information we collect

• Game progress and settings (cars, skins, career results, coins, options) are stored on your device.
• Device and app information: device model, operating system, language, country, app version and app-instance identifiers.
• Usage data: how you play, for example races started and finished, screens opened, features used and ads watched.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs and performance data.
• Advertising data: the advertising identifier of your device (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and ad interactions. On iOS the IDFA is only available if you allow tracking (see section 3).

2. How we use it

• To run the game, save your progress and remember your settings.
• To show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards, and to measure them.
• To understand how the game is played, balance it and improve it.
• To find and fix crashes and performance problems.
• To adjust game settings remotely (for example difficulty or how often ads appear) without an update.
• To send local reminders, only if you turn notifications on.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Tracking, App Tracking Transparency and your consent

On iOS, the first time you open the App we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any advertising, analytics or crash reporting service is started. If you allow tracking, the advertising identifier may be used to show ads that match your interests and to measure them across apps and websites of other companies. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the identifier is not used and you still see ads, which may be less relevant. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

In the App you are also asked whether you agree to analytics and personalized ads. Analytics and crash data are only sent if you agree, and you can change your choices later in the game's Settings. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland also see Google's consent form, which can be reopened from Settings. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in the device settings.

4. Third-party services

The App uses the following services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (ads) and the Google User Messaging Platform (consent): policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Firebase: Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config: firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Apple Game Center (iOS leaderboards, optional): apple.com/legal/privacy
• Google Play Services and Android Auto Backup (Android): policies.google.com/privacy

We may add or remove services in later versions; this page will be updated when we do.

5. In-app purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases, payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details; we only receive a confirmation that the purchase was completed.

6. Data retention and deletion

Game progress stays on your device (and in your device backup, if you use one) until you delete the App. Analytics and crash data are kept by Google for the retention periods set in Firebase and then deleted. Because the App has no accounts, we cannot link this data to your name. To ask us to delete data related to your device, email us at the address below with your device model and the approximate date you played.

7. Children

PolyRush: Arcade Racing is a game for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

Data sent to the services above is encrypted in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

9. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date, so please review it periodically.
